 Retreat Day

Seasonal Yoga & Autumnal Wreath Workshop

Sunday 6th October, 11am - 4.30pm

West End Village Hall, Esher

a unique collaboration with Kate Ray, Guided by Nature

I am delighted to be working once again alongside Kate, who has a wealth of experience and knowledge of medicinal plants and works in the field of mental health. She has been supporting women and young girls to 'unplug' from their tech and connect more with nature.

We invite you to a day of centring, connection and creativity.

The day will begin with Late Summer Season yoga and breath work to bring us back to centre and grounding after the busy, long summer months. After a nutritious homemade vegetarian lunch, Kate will then lead a wreath making workshop.

Wreath making has a long tradition and is not just for Christmas! Throughout history, wreaths have been crafted for special occasions and to celebrate the changing seasons. As we move towards Autumn, which is a time for gathering and harvesting, enjoy creating your own beautiful, eco-friendly wreath to mark the arrival of fall.

At this workshop you will learn simple techniques to design a unique, seasonal wreath using natural materials. We will provide the wreath base and a variety of autumnal decorations for you to choose from. This workshop is suitable for all abilities, whether you're a beginner or have previous wreath-making experience! Please bring gardening gloves and secateurs if you have them.

The afternoon with end with a guided meditation, tea and seasonal treats.

Retreat day price: £80

To secure your space, a £20 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking
