WHAT TO BRING?

Make sure you have completed a new client form. Download here

Please bring your own yoga mat or if you do borrow a mat bring a yoga towel to cover. Please wipe down mats before and after use.

Maybe a bottle of water and a blanket (esp in the colder months)

All levels are welcome, so even if you are a beginner come along and see how you find the class.

Modifications are always offered.

If you are new to the class, please arrive a few minutes early so I can discuss any issues with you.

Try to avoid eating just before the class, leave at least an hour.
